• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly understand and express complex technical concepts. 
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, CSE/EEE/Mathematics, or a strong command of industry knowledge. 
• You have a knack for solving problems. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with C/C++.  
• Ability to write clean code. 
• Excellent at reviewing others’ and your own code. 
• Strong knowledge and experience in RESTful API development with any programming language.  
• You have a strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, Designer Patterns etc. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development. 
• Proved experience of delivering enterprise software solutions. 
• Objective sparring ability on best practices. 
• Great connection-making ability through empathic and sensible communication.   
• Strong skills in team playing through professional, respectful, effective, and empathetic communication. 
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• You have worked with European customers and colleagues before. 
• Experience with Azure. 
• Any PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB experience. 
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS. 
• Any development experience with front end framework (i.e Angular). 
• Comfortable with Linux environments. 
• Worked in Scrum Teams before. 
• You have applied Agentic Engineering in development, testing, and documentation.
