• Lead by example,

• Drive the effort to pull business knowledge from key persons in development teams to the test team 

• You are thorough and feel a great responsibility for the product you are testing.
  You thrive on putting yourself in the user’s place, thinking creatively and think it’s fun to challenge the program. 
• You have a great overview and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new business knowledge. 
• You believe in the earlier an error is found in the process the better. 
• You have experience testing complex systems, and this has given you an overview, so you now have the energy to inspire your colleagues as well. 

• We expect you to have a relevant education and have been working with testing and automated testing for several years and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within QA. 

• Test automation design skills (OOP, composition, Page Object, Singleton, SOLID, etc.) 

• Test frameworks (E2E + API tests). 
• Continuous integration / continuous deployment solutions. 
• Databases. 
• Non-functional testing. 
• Testing large and complex ERP system. 

• Agile development (Scrum/Kanban, etc.) 
• Testing techniques (product risk analysis, equivalence classes, data combination options, etc.) 
• Test Driven Development TDD 
• Automated testing tools.

• You will work on polyglot systems.

• You will continuously look for better ways to improve our products and integration with partners.
