If We Are Right About You, Please Read On! 

  • You have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a reputed university. 
  • You possess an excellent academic track record, reflecting your dedication and discipline. 
  • You have strong organizational and decision-making skills, along with leadership abilities. 
  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, including both verbal and written proficiency. 
  • You are detail-oriented and can manage documentation efficiently. 
  • You are proactive in coordinating tasks, ensuring clear and consistent follow-ups, and driving things to completion with a sense of ownership. 
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and basic digital tools. 
  • Practical experience in In-house Event Planning or organizing office activities, with a focus on coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth execution. 
  • You are a team player with a can-do attitude, eager to learn and support ongoing HR activities. 
  • You have a Bachelor/ Master’s on CSE/Mathematics/EEE or relevant field from a reputed university and you are keen to build a career in HR. 
  • Experience in coordinating interviews or candidate communication. 
  • Basic understanding of leave and attendance management systems. 
  • Familiarity with website issue reporting or cross-functional team collaboration. 
  • Prior experience in editing or managing HR documents (e.g., employee lists, invitation letters). 
  • Experience with visa documentation or administrative correspondence. 
  • Any experience in voluntary roles or community service, demonstrating leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to helping others. 
  • You will get hands-on opportunities to learn and practice real-world HR functions in a dynamic workplace. 
  • You will assist in a variety of HR processes, including recruitment, attendance management, and internal communication. 
  • You will contribute your ideas to improve existing HR operations—and either stand by your suggestions or learn more effective alternatives through collaboration. 
  • You may be involved in both internal HR initiatives and cross-functional collaborations that directly impact employee experience. 
  • You will engage in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where learning is continuous, and teamwork is at the core of everything we do.
